Once upon a time,

at the opening of a brand-new restaurant, a server watched a handsome line cook sitting on top of a blue Suzuki as she pulled in the parking lot. Without hesitation, she looked at him and thought, “Yup, that one’s mine.”

A few flirty stares, one bummed cigarette, and a Facebook add (by her) approximately thirty seconds later, their story had officially begun.

Then came their first “date," an invite to her house for Braintree Day, where Jared was immediately introduced to the beautiful craziness that was Sarah’s family....and somehow, he still chose to stay. When Sarah met his family, she discovered that their particular brand of crazy matched perfectly, and the two families blended together as if they had always belonged.

Their story wasn’t always rainbows and butterflies, but through every dark day, hard season, and unexpected turn, they continued choosing each other. Along the way, they added Peter and not too long after, Paddy, who quickly took over their home, their hearts, and their entire lives.

Ten years later, their love and commitment remain the one thing that has never failed. Some people are simply meant to find each other, and Sarah and Jared were always meant to be.
